About the Role
Represent high-net-worth international investors purchasing luxury beachfront villas, marina berths, and citizenship-qualifying real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- • Host private property viewings for high-net-worth buyers and overseas investors.
- • Coordinate with Antigua Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) lawyers and escrow agents.
- • Generate new luxury villa listings and develop relationships with property developers.
- • Participate in international property expos and digital sales presentations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- ✓ Proven track record in luxury residential real estate or high-value investment sales.
- ✓ Exceptional verbal and written negotiation skills with international clients.
- ✓ In-depth knowledge of Antigua property conveyance and CIP legal framework.
